Ms JODIE HARRISON (Charlestown—Minister for Women, Minister for Seniors, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault)—I would like to recognise local New Lambton business Next Legal and Conveyancing, and in particular founder Alicia Floyer, for the remarkable success of the firm in being named a finalist in the "Best Conveyancing Practice" category at the Australian Small Business Champion Awards. After seven years of working towards redefining the legal landscape, this recognition is a testament to Alicia's vision, leadership and determination in building a business that truly stands out on the national stage. In a highly competitive field, Next Legal and Conveyancing has earned its reputation as an innovative, client-focused and service-driven firm, and this milestone is one the whole New Lambton community can be proud of. Under Alicia's leadership, the boutique team of ten has embraced technology, consistency and strong internal systems, while also creating unique programs such as Next Social and Next Community that reflect the firm's commitment to connection and giving back. Alicia's leadership style, which prioritises growth, resilience and innovation, has been central to the firm's success. I congratulate Alicia and the entire team and wish them every success at the awards.
