Ms JODIE HARRISON (Charlestown—Minister for Women, Minister for Seniors, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault)—I would like to acknowledge the outstanding achievements recognised at this year's Lake Macquarie Business Excellence Awards. The annual awards celebrate the innovation, resilience, and leadership of our local business community, shining a spotlight on the individuals and organisations that help our region thrive. This year, MoveAbout Therapy Services Warners Bay was named Employer of Choice, a reflection of their commitment to providing a supportive and empowering workplace for their staff. In the Outstanding Employee category, Jade Gray from Flying Colours Education was the well‑deserved winner, while Felicia Salihbasic was Highly Commended for her contributions and dedication. Dynamic Business Technologies received the award for Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion, highlighting their commitment to building inclusive practices across their workplace and community. Fire Response was awarded Excellence in Innovation, demonstrating the creative solutions and forward-thinking approaches that are driving success in our local business sector. It was wonderful to see so many businesses and individuals from across the Charlestown electorate recognised amongst the finalists and winners. Congratulations once again to all involved in the Lake Macquarie Business Excellence Awards for their remarkable achievements.
