Ms JODIE HARRISON (Charlestown—Minister for Women, Minister for Seniors, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault)—Behind every great school is a dedicated team working tirelessly behind the scenes, and school administration staff play an essential role in supporting students, families and teachers every single day. It is with great pleasure that I recognise Natalie Hardy of Dudley Public School for her outstanding contribution to public education. Natalie recently received the Executive Director's Excellence Award at the Regional North Awards of Excellence in recognition of her commitment and ongoing high-quality service to her school community and to public education more broadly. This is a well-deserved honour for someone whose hard work and dedication make such a meaningful difference every day. As School Administration Manager, Natalie works tirelessly to drive efficient systems and practices that support students, staff and families to positively engage with education at Dudley Public School. Her leadership, professionalism and positive presence make her an incredibly valuable asset to the school and wider community. School administration staff are often the unsung heroes of our education system, helping schools run smoothly and ensuring children have the support they need to thrive. I congratulate Natalie on this wonderful achievement and thank her for all she does for our community.
