Ms JODIE HARRISON (Charlestown—Minister for Women, Minister for Seniors, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault)—I'd like to recognise the outstanding achievements of Oliver McNevin, a talented young archer from Belair Public School who recently competed at the 3DAAA National Archery Championships held in Grafton earlier this month. Oliver delivered an exceptional performance at the Championships, achieving the highest overall score in the Club Aided 8–11 years division. He also recorded the equal highest Sunday score, demonstrating remarkable focus, consistency and maturity for such a young competitor. His results saw him take out first place nationally, breaking yet another national record. In recognition of his success throughout the competition year, Oliver was also awarded Shooter of the Year in his division, an honour that reflects his hard work, dedication and steady improvement. In addition to these achievements, Oliver also received the prestigious Jake Collins Perpetual Trophy, presented to the highest youth score across the entire Championships. This is a tremendous accomplishment and speaks to Oliver's skill, determination and passion for his sport. Oliver's success is a credit to his commitment and the support of his family, coaches and school community. I congratulate him on these outstanding results and wish him every success as he continues to grow and excel in archery.
