Ms JODIE HARRISON (Charlestown—Minister for Women, Minister for Seniors, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault)—Congratulations to Sally Hale, a Year 12 student at Warners Bay High School, on her outstanding achievement in completing the Youth Parliament Program. Representing the electorate of Charlestown, Sally took part in this prestigious program for students in Years 10 to 12 across New South Wales, where she engaged in civic leadership, policy development and parliamentary debate. Sally's involvement in the program has not only deepened her understanding of democratic processes but also inspired her to pursue further study in political science at university next year. Her passion for leadership and advocacy was evident throughout the experience, and her commitment was recognised with the Louisa McKay Award for Young Women's Advocacy. This award honours young women who demonstrate exceptional qualities in leadership, citizenship and public service. Sally has shown all of these through her thoughtful engagement, strong voice and drive to make a difference. Her achievements are a testament to her hard work and a source of pride for her school and community. She is wished every success in her upcoming HSC exams and all future endeavours. There is no doubt she has a bright and impactful future ahead.
