Ms JODIE HARRISON (Charlestown—Minister for Women, Minister for Seniors, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault)—Warners Bay Public School is celebrating the outstanding success of its aerobics teams at the School Aerobics National Championships held in Hobart. Three talented teams represented the school with distinction, showcasing dedication, teamwork, and remarkable skill on the national stage. The Whip-Its and Wild Cats both earned silver medals in their respective sections, while the Whirlwinds secured bronze, an incredible result for the school community. These achievements are a testament to the countless hours of training, commitment, and passion the students have invested in their sport. Behind the success of these teams is the unwavering support of dedicated staff. A special acknowledgement goes to Miss Emily for her skill, patience, and compassion in guiding the teams, along with Miss Davis and Ms Morton for their continued encouragement and leadership. The results also reflect the strong backing of parents and carers who have supported the students by running fundraising activities, organising transport, and ensuring the teams could attend competitions and practice sessions. Congratulations once again to the Whip-Its, Wild Cats, and Whirlwinds on their fantastic achievements. The whole community is proud to celebrate your success on the national stage.
